"The experience went really well. Communication was a bit patchy but compared to other companies who never even called us back, it was decent. We got a written quote for the pad and drive originally which included a military discount (3,600 total). My husband had mentioned to Donald that we were planning on resurfacing the rest of the driveway as well at some point in the future. On the day of service, Donald offered to a quote to do the rest of the work since the equipment was already on site and that included a military discount as well. "I can't say enough about Jeff and all the folks at Scherz! We purchased a new home on 1 acre of land with no landscaping. "Everything went great. Danny Gomez came out and gave me a quote. He was quite a bit friendlier than other contractors who had come out and bid the same job. He showed up when he said he would and gave me a good estimate. I felt more comfortable with his design and price than the other guys I had out. He gave me some pictures of his previous work to show my wife.

The job was completed on time and on budget, with no overages. There were a few weather delays, but they worked even when it was freezing outside. His crew was very friendly, and they handled the dumpster and permits. They spent nearly an entire day just on cleanup and leveling after they were done building the wall and putting the fence up.

My wife was very impressed with the look of the natural stone.

Overall, it went way smoother than I thought."

"First visit, 5/30/13, middle aerobic tank lid collapsed; 2nd visit, 7/17/13, installed new septic lid casting; located missing sprinkler system zone valve box, repairs valve; will return to set riser (missing) and backfill tank; 3rd visit, 8/22: backfilled middle tank, brought wrong riser; repositioned aerobic air pump to eliminate noisy banging on house underpinning; sometime in late October, repair was completed.
