Our bathroom project went much better than I thought it would go. We were not inconvenient during the 12 days that we were involved. I was kept up to date from the first day we met with the contractors about our project and had a chance to address any issues I might have had before installation. The communication throughout the process, from selecting the products to installation, was outstanding. We were always well-informed about what would happen next. The installers were professional and friendly, and I have never seen a work area left so tidy. Overall, it was a great experience; we love our new showers.
