Small jobs welcome

"I am very pleased with Ferraro Concrete. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job extending my driveway and pouring a sidewalk. They answered all my questions and were true to their estimate. I was impressed by how well the employees worked together and their positive attitudes. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing concrete work."

"I explained I didn't want to resurface the driveway so he gave me an estimate to patch & seal coat the entire area as well as the cost to resurface the entire area. I thought he over measured the area and having received a 2nd estimate he did. His price was higher, and I cannot attest to the quality of the work as nothing has been done. I have emailed him asking if I can use the $199 for 600 sf for something else and have received no response. I don't want to just donate $199. I'd like to either receive a refund or have him contact me so we can find away to utilize his services for my investment, possibly in a couple months. Initially he was very responsive and now nothing. <br />"

"The house sold in one day and we got tons of compliments about its appearance and upkeep. I believe Jose's work had a lot to do with that outcome. He was great to work with, very punctual and reliable. He was also careful and considerate in his work. In particular, the exterior of the house was very difficult to paint because it was winter and the weather was too cold for painting. Jose kept a close watch on the weather for when it would improve, and communicated with us the whole time, giving us different options if the weather did not improve. I felt confident he was on top of it. <br />"

"They did a couple of little things. We are in development and they are the prime builders for the whole development. They're custom nice homes and I'm very pleased. They listened to what we said we wanted adjusted. They clarified and did it just how we wanted it to be done. I would definitely use them in the future. They charged us $100,000 less on our house. I don't thing there is anything that we would have expected them to do differently. We were thoroughly pleased. I would use them again in future."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"The remodel went very well. It was easier than we expected even though we lived in the house throughout the project. Mr. Wiggins does high quality work. His guidance made it easy to make decisions on design, materials, fixtures, and colors. The fact that we've hired him several times since the completion of the remodel says alot about how much we appreciate his work. We have more upgrades planned for which we'll hire Mr. Wiggins. You can see photos of our project on wiggins-construction.com It's on Projects Page 2 and labeled Hays Kitchen Addition and Hays Fireplace."

FAQs for concrete driveways & floors installation projects in Colville, WA

Polished concrete floors offer many benefits with very few drawbacks. While issues like discoloration, stains, or imprints may occur during pouring, these are rare when working with a skilled flooring contractor. Once polished, concrete floors are easy to maintain, long-lasting, and eco-friendly. They also resist mold and moisture, making them ideal for allergy-prone households, and offer versatile design options for both indoor and outdoor use.

Polished concrete flooring is often more affordable than tile. It involves lower material costs and less labor-intensive installation. Tile installations require additional leveling and preparation, which increases labor costs. Opting for concrete flooring helps reduce upfront expenses and provides a durable, stylish finish that saves money over time with minimal maintenance.

While epoxy flooring offers enhanced durability and toughness compared to polished concrete, it comes with higher material and labor costs. If budget is a top priority, polished concrete floors provide a resilient and attractive finish without the premium price tag, making them an ideal choice for value and long-term performance.

Polished concrete floors last 20 years or more when installed by licensed professionals and maintained with proper care. Their enduring finish withstands heavy use and remains visually impressive for decades. Regular deep cleaning and maintenance help safeguard the floor’s integrity, providing homeowners with a long-lasting, cost‐effective solution that endures daily wear without compromising style.

Polished concrete floors increase home value by offering a modern, sleek appearance and exceptional durability. A professionally installed floor not only enhances visual appeal but also minimizes maintenance expenses, making the property more attractive to prospective buyers. This flooring upgrade delivers a refined look while boosting overall market competitiveness and long-term property value.
