"In August 2013, we hired them to repair soffits, eaves, and yankee gutters. The house is 100 years old, is still all-wood, and we are very particular about having things fixed properly to last another 100 years. It is also 3 stories tall, so some areas were 25' high. They properly repaired broken and missing corners, replacing the wood and then priming and painting the areas. They sealed the yankee gutters (not many people know how to work with this style of internally-built gutter) and made everything look like new. They came when they said they would and worked on the job until it was finished. No starting then gone for two weeks and finishing later like some contractors do. We got what we paid for, and extra (they painted other areas that needed touchup "while they were up there"). They came quickly, gave a quote, and stuck to the quote. We plan on hiring them again this spring to build a new deck on the back of the house. Very very satisfied!"

(No idea of how much my total cost would have been. I paid $65 twice. Nice huh?) 1 roof repair that replaced the "Cricket", which is a 15' roof section elevational change just below the ridge line. It's important to remember that these repairs don't include "hidden costs" which are personnel and service labor rates. Something you will pay for without a Warranty Service. Here's the best part of the call from this AWESOME salesman. He offered me 6 year "fully transferable", rate locked for life" service policy that when divided out by 6 is LESS THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING ANNUALLY, 7 YEARS AGO!!! So, is a Home Warranty plan a safe bet??? I have a 9 word answer for those without a Choice Home Warranty service plan. YOU BET YOUR DRIPPING SWEATY BUTT CRACK IT IS!!! Props to Zach, YOU DA MAN!!!
