"Look no further for a reliable, honest and fair priced roofing company! We had a total roof replacement including repairs to our old roof (uneven and weak decking, leaking around the chimney and in a valley and problems with ice dams and water stains as a result of those dams). Edwin addressed all these concerns by replacing bad decking, using specialized rubberized roofing underlayment, properly installing flashing along the chimney and adding adequate ventilation to our roof. The architectural shingles look amazing and have transformed the look of our house. Edwin was very professional and kept us informed of our timetable and progress. In addition, Edwin is a great communicator! He promptly responded to all our calls and texts. O’Franco Roofing is a small business and the work crew are all company employees invested in quality work and service – not sub-contractors like most of the large roofing companies use. This was a very important aspect for us as it assured proper supervision and superior work. The job was done quickly and professionally with the crew taking great care to avoid damage to gutters, our deck or landscaping. The cleanup was outstanding, leaving no trace that such a major project was undertaken. "Jole did excellent work for us. He was punctual, courteous, and very efficient. He listened carefully to my requests and questions. He also offered thoughtful solutions and explained thoroughly how he would implement the repair. Item#1) He had called me about a week before coming to our house ask about what kind of stain we would need. Item#2) He caulked the areas we discussed and also additional spots he noticed. His attention to detail made the job turn out flawlessly. Item#3) The old hinges were no longer manufactured. He did find a hinges with a slightly smaller size screw attachments. He was able to retrofit the doors with the new hinges to work perfectly. Item#4) He was able to glue, clamp, and restore the door to its original condition. He has had experience with woodworking and furniture repair. Item #5) He removed, reversed, and re-attached the a/c intake vent door so that the latches would be easier to reach. This will make changing the filter easier and safer. He even changed out my old filter with a new one for me while doing this project! Item#6) He fixed my kitchen cabinet doors by adjusting the hinges. The doors no longer rub against each other so they open and close easily. In conclusion, we were very pleased with the quality of his work and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would certainly hire him again for other projects/repairs and would gladly recommend him to our friends and neighbors."

"When I called, we set a date for July 31, 2015.  The team arrived promptly and did an excellent job, the best gutter cleaning ever.  They were polite, friendly, and efficient.  I told the young man who did the actual cleaning that my house was 500 square feet larger  than the basic charge, $139 for 2,000 sq.ft.  When they finished, the additional cost was $45, which I was quite pleased with.  They also cleaned up my deck and patio, which I particularly appreciated.  Usually it has been left in a mess, but my deck was clean and my plants survived.
Based on my experience, I would be happy to consider Risher and Sons for this and other projects.

"I was concerned about some shingles that were curling up and called Travas Jones of Duraplex. He had replaced the roof on my previous house because of hail damage and I was happy with his work. Travas himself came out and did the necessary repairs (giving up much of his Saturday). Very pleased with the work Duraplex does and would not hesitate to call them again, if needed.
