Upon completion, he took the basement door fixture downstairs and returned shortly, telling me that we'd have to pay for another hour (at $92 per hour) if he was to do the installation at the basement door. Well, what was I to do but agree to pay the extra charge. My mistake was not accurately charting time of arrival etc. The service tech was on time and very (maybe too) talkative.
