"We noticed a water spot in our ceiling. After calling multiple roofing companies (including some of the big names advertised on Atlanta radio), Anthony was the first to respond and set up an appointment for less than 24 hours after our initial contact. He came on a Friday afternoon, with his family in the truck, as they were going out of town, but he wanted to check our roof first. He looked in the attic and took pictures to show us. He then went on the roof and used the video phone app to walk us through the problem and the repair. He fixed the issue, and then set off on this trip. I can't think of another contractor who would put off leaving town to service one more client. Anthony will certainly be our first call for roof issues from now on."

"The siding on our Chimney was in poor condition and badly needed to be replaced. Russ was very prompt in coming out to give us an estimate to remove all the existing siding and trim, replace with cement based product and two coats of paint. The crew arrived as scheduled and were efficient, and professional, and communicated well. The result looks great - the materials used were good quality and the painter did a great match with the color and took his time to make sure it looked good. We would highly recommend Perfection Roofing and Siding to anybody who has a chimney stack in need of repair- it seems to be a pretty common problem."

"Apex Roofing was great from start to finish. They were very reasonably priced, did the work quickly, and cleaned up so well, I didn’t even know they’d been there—with the exception of my beautiful new roof! I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done."

"Total Pro Roofing and sales associate Cory were outstanding. From the opening phone contact, true professionalism to completion of the work. Highly impressed with the workmanship, professional explanations, and response/work time. Truly, a great experience (which is important...because if you need a new roof, you are most likely stressed already). I fully endorse Total Pro Roofing... ask for Cory, you will not be disappointed."

"It seems so rare these days to find a company that does what they say, but Floors Sag or Shake is one of those companies. During the inspection process when looking to buy a 1935 farmhouse, Eddie provided a detailed estimate and explanation of what needed to be done to make the foundation secure. They were willing and able to make repairs that two of the larger foundation repair companies said they wouldn't do after looking at the foundation. When we decided to go ahead with buying the house and chose Floors Sag or Shake for the repairs, I told Eddie that we'd be in touch after closing. He called the morning of our closing to see if we were ready to start repairs. They started when they said they would, did they work they outlined in the contract, finished when they promised and charged the amount in the contract. This seems to be such a simple, successful business model, but is so rare to actually experience as a customer. The crew were professional, respectful and generally likable guys. The supervisor came out on a Saturday to repair a leaking pipe in the crawl space, even though they weren't completely certain that they caused the leak. Floors Sag or Shake was also responsive after the project. A few of the footings still had the wooden forms attached and the vapor barrier had shifted a bit. The crew came back out and quickly took care of both issues.

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.
