"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"ALSONSO is honest and reliable. He did painting, enclosed my back porch and replaced all the siding on my house, He cleaned up all the work areas . All jobs were done professionally. He was worth every penny I spent, I have yard work to be done and I plan on Alonso for that. I will use on one else to do work for me. He is friendly, always with a smile on his face. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

He finished the job in a professional manner, complete with sweep adjustment, appropriate caulking, and clean up. When you realize that everything had to be pulled off before the new could go on, that seemed really fast for us. They were also able to schedule some bathroom updates, sinks/countertops & a shower stall with seat, to start and finish the same week. Great coordination and quality work."
