"Service was prompt and accomplished what we needed; can't ask for more"

"A great service. Willing to work with me to do targeted cleaning and to focus on specific parts of the house."

"The only cleaning service I trust to do work when it comes to cleaning the service is exceptional & the hospitality is top tier. They provide the exact services you need & they go above and beyond."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Quality people, and good customer service, which is important."

"The staff was very nice thoroughly cleaned my office spaces very nicely. I trusted them with my business and their work and they did not disappoint! The manager was timely and the work exceeded the amount that I was charged so I had to give a great tip for the service. I would highly recommend this company."

Currently work for Molly Maid. Have been here for four and a half years. Just trying to be more independent and get out there more. I don’t do laundry, dishes, walls, or deep cleaning carpet. Might change as time goes on
