"The following review is for Sean Harris. I had my home built in Maple Grove in 1986. Being widowed, I never had anyone who could keep up on my repairs and/or updates regarding my plumbing issues. Sean came out last fall for the first time and did repair my front yard outside faucet that was dripping. This spring when turning my outside faucets, the front faucet was still dripping. At the time of booking an appointment for Sean to return and repair the faucet, I also booked for him to check out my sump pump (it was the original one from when the house. In the last months, I have had Sean out to replace that outside faucet, replace my sump pump, replace both outdated toilets, and do a repair in the shower in the lower-level bathroom. Each time, Sean gave me the price for each repair/replacement before doing any work. He always very professional and polite. Since I am battling cancer, he was very cautious to wear a mask. I will always call Tim’s Plumbing and request for Sean to return with any future repairs/replacements I will have. I wish I could give him a 10 Star ranking!!!!!!"

"Ever since we moved into our newly built home 8 or so years ago, we needed help with the original installation of sod, the fence for our dogs, the automated sprinkler system, etc. Accelerated Green Works (AGW) has always been the team we’ve trusted for all of this work. Usually, I do my own snow shoveling, but, periodically when I’m out of town, a blizzard pops up and my wife needs to teach elementary school in the morning. The latest episode of snow storms this past week occurred while I was out of town. I arranged with AGW to plow / shovel early in the morning for my wife to get out, but school was promptly cancelled. Therefore, I scheduled AGW to shovel later that night once the snow / wind stopped and my wife would need to get out to drive me home from the airport. The AGW team worked with me every step of the way to get the job done right. I’m sure they can’t always schedule these jobs as perfectly as they did for me that day/night, but they definitely did a fantastic job coordinating with me and accommodating my every need. Excellent work. The scheduling was perfect. The plowing / shoveling of my driveway and sidewalks was professionally done with good communication with me to ensure we were both on the same page. "It took Pete a couple days to complete the work.  The first day, he did the tree cutting, got the birdhouse into the ground and constructed the base to which the storage shed was going to sit on.  The area was very uneven so it took some work to get it all leveled.  The guy at Menards had said it was about a 3 hour job to construct the shed which I relayed to Pete but in all reality it took a entire day to get this thing together.  Maybe if you had constructed one of these before it might take 3 hours but this was not the case.  In addition, you really need another person to help hold walls up etc. which ended up being my job which I was happy to help.  Pete is somewhat of a perfectionist so when the shed doors weren't closing properly, he would not give up until he got them to close properly.  <br /> Pete was a joy to work with and very easy to get along with.   <br />"

"All jobs, except the flooring installation, were done above average.  The finishing work around doorways for the flooring was not neat. They did not undercut the molding, but cut around the casement shapes which left large gaps that I needed to fill with putty. There were some areas where gaps were evident after the casement had been replaced along the walls.  I did not mention this to them as I figured if they knew how to do it correctly they would have done it in the first place so there was no sense in having them redo it.  <br /> They are a very pleasant crew and are prompt, clean and efficient. I think there are some jobs they are better at than others. <br />"
