"Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. "Earlier in the day, I had made an appointment with Service Professor to have the disposal installed. I had everything organized and ready to go. All they had to do was take out the old one and put in the new one. Under the sink was cleared, the pipes were fine, and everything was ready. Regardless of my preparations, they charged me a service call fee of $59 and wanted to charge me another $300 for the installation. I called Budget Plumbing and did not have an appointment. Ryan, the owner, arrived in the early afternoon with a garbage disposal in case I did not have one. He went to work immediately, had the old one out in minutes, took the cord off of the old one to save me money, and installed the new one. Everything was done in less than an hour at a cost that was less than $150 and well within my budget. He guaranteed his work and said he would come out if there were any problems. He also tested the installation to make sure that it worked. Each item I paid for was a line item and there was not any fee for coming."
