"Our carpeting was in need of a thorough cleaning. It is a few years old and has gone through the potty training of our two dogs. Although I thought I was doing a good job of cleaning up their mistakes, over time the spots I had cleaned up were back. Keith said that what I was doing was really not the way to clean them, and said that most people do the same thing. He explained in detail the best way to go about this task in the future, and why what I was doing caused the spots to reappear. I learned a lot from Keith, and I will definitely use him again. "Had Randy's clean my carpet again after trying some of the discount promotions from other places over the years (Randy's gives them too, maybe not quite as cheap, but they do have promotions).  They do such a better job than other places.  I experienced this years ago too when I had them do it.  We needed to get some really tough spots out this time and then had them put on Scotchguard, since we never had that done b/c of the chemicals since we first had it cleaned.  I have to say, the Scotchguarding did smell and it was cold to open the doors and air out, but gradually the smell disapated.   I'm very happy with their service and have friends who only use Randy's because they always do a good job."
