"Brannick Painting just finished a complete exterior repaint of our house in El Cerrito, including staining our deck. Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with. Patrick helped us with color selection, painting large sheets of posterboard with several colors we considered, so we could hold them up to the house in different lighting to see how they would look when finished. we have heard from others that they had small swatches painted on their house and Patrick’s approach is so much more helpful. Patrick is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of preparation and painting. We have an old stucco house that needed a lot of detailed preparation. His crew is very experienced, and they did an excellent job repairing and preparing all of the cracks and blemishes on our house. We are very happy with the final product. We highly recommend using Brannick Painting."

"We recently hired Saul at SB Painting Company to paint the entire interior of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Saul was wonderful to work with—professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. The quality of the painting is excellent, and everything was done on time. His team was respectful of our home and made sure everything was left clean and neat. I highly recommend Saul and SB Painting Company to anyone looking for great quality and reliable service! We will be calling him back to get the outside of the house painted."

"I contacted Brett on September 4th and he responded the same day. He made an appointment to come to my home for a quote. I could tell immediately that his attention to detail was far above the other three quotes I had received. He was not the least expensive or the most expensive quote, but he spent more time looking over each wall than any of the other painters. He quoted me a start date of December 3rd. If you know me, I take for ever to make decisions about big projects, but when I do I want them done right then. I decided to test my patience, and it was well worth the wait! Most anyone can paint a house, but over time there are small inclusions that need repair and most painters will avoid fixing these as it takes additional time. Brett went over each item he noticed. I even added on additional areas as we went because I knew he would do it to the standards I was looking for. I will be contacting Brett again for the upstairs bedrooms. I recommend planning ahead."

"The finished product looks great! There were some hard feelings when the project neared completion because of some carelessness with knocking over a floor speaker and a long scratch on our dining room table that was never taken care of. Other than that the paint job is really very good!"

The application of paint was smooth and even, with no drips or streaks. My home looks fresh and vibrant, and the quality of the work is evident. Timeliness: The project was completed on schedule, with no delays or disruptions. The team worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, making the entire process hassle-free. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to working with them again on future projects"

"Flex Painting went above and beyond on our rental home’s exterior painting project. They initially provided a fair and reasonable estimate, but as the project progressed, they identified dry rot, a broken window and sash, rotting stairs, and other structural issues. Instead of just painting over the problems, they handled the necessary repairs, replaced gutters, and even added gutter screens and downspouts—all while maintaining fluid communication with regular updates and photos. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work were outstanding. We truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend Flex Painting for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled team!"

"I highly recommend Raymond and his crew. Very detailed and our house looks great, like new said our neighbor."

Every time it's easy to work with them through the whole process. We have collaborated in planning, they are flexible with timing and always execute with high quality work. All of the staff are kind and accommodating. They are definitely our go-to company to work with for these small to medium sized projects at home."
