"What went well: -Manager was a prompt, helpful communicator -Quality of workmanship was good -Both workers were skilled -When discussing exactly how much wall to tear out and how much siding to replace he was very willing to 'do as much or little as you want.' What didn't go well: -Labor cost is appx $1/minute per worker. Both workers came and looked at the situation, then BOTH left to get supplies and were gone over 2 hours. Granted the siding to my house can be difficult to find, but since BOTH went shopping, shopping time alone cost $200. -Part of the project involved installing a dog door. When the guy went to install it, it was missing piece, so I had to go to PetSmart and buy another one. When I left, he said, "I guess I'll just sit in my truck until you get back." I said, "You could cut the sheetrock or bead board." I was only gone about 20 minutes, and when I got back, the garage where the sheetrock and bead board were stored was still closed and he was not at the work area. Pretty sure that smoking break cost me $20. -Later that day, I didn't hear any activity for about 20 minutes and saw them on a smoke break. $40 smoke break. There were other smoke breaks as well, and I understand they need a little break, but 20 min seemed excessive. Perhaps they should have take a formal lunch break. -The day after they left, I went to paint and found about half the nail holes not caulked and part of the sheetrock work was lumpy and not sanded. Conclusion: Overall nice job, but due to the unfinished work and extra cost, I wouldn't use them again."

"From the very beginning with the salesman who knocked on our door to the salesman who came to our home, to the finished job, everything has been outstanding. Both salesman were very courteous and in no way pushy. They were both obviously very confident in their product, but there was no pressure. When we were finalizing the sales agreement the representative informed us of a substantial discount for signing at the time. This was in my opinion no way a pressure technique as you would expect. He offered it once only in a very low key way explaining that it saved the company money if he did not have to come back later which would prevent him from new sales calls, so that savings was offered to us. He urged us to think it over and to not do it unless we were completely comfortable, in fact suggesting that we shop around. He then dropped it and didn't mention it again. The entire interaction was very good with no pressure or shadiness. We had siding, gutters, and a new entrance door installed. The crews (a different crew for each job, and obviously very skilled at it), were all very nice and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and listened to questions and acted on them without question or hesitation. Every crew was great and got the jobs completed quickly. There was no down time during the installations or between jobs. Everything was done in just over a week. The quality of the work and the materials is very high. Power is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. When considering the quality of the materials and workmanship, the timeline of installation, and the unbeatable warranty, I think that they are a good value. We are very pleased with the project and have had no issues are problems at all. We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling."
