Derek and his wife Christine and their fabulous hard working team arrived on time each day, barely took breaks, worked after dark in New Hampshire's late fall, all the while removing the existing roof and replacing it, as well a repairing things along the way. Two chimneys were re leaded, three skylights replaced, rotted facias and soffits removed and replaced as needed. Everything efficiently hauled away in a dumpster. The shrubbery was protected with tarps, any stray nails were removed. Lots of attention to detail, excellent communication, prompt answers. Highly recommended!"

Every possible aspect was clearly detailed in the spec leaving no room for hidden charges. The spec also included two variations to the approach as we spoke about , something dropped by other contractors. David also included CAD diagrams of how the tapered insulation would be applied which really helped me understand the process better David was quick in providing the estimate and responding to emails and addressed my repeated questions. The pricing was competitive with other estimates i received, but not overly aggressive I ultimately was unable to go with Action roofing due to scheduling conflicts (mine, not Action roofing) but would consider them in the future due to their professionalism and attention to detail"

"Very easy to contact, we discussed what was needed. Estimate was performed using aerial (satellite?) photos, and was in line with other estimates. He used Timberline shingles, and gave us a broad selection of types and colors. We arranged a date, and he communicated promptly about what was needed. Materials were delivered on Thursday and roof was completely removed and replaced in one day on Saturday. Joe was there all day, and helped install the trickiest portion of the roof. He took videos so we could see the work, including wood replacement where needed and inspect the final job. Cleanup was excellent."
