"We hired EA Masonry a year ago to rebuild the 12 step stone stairway with a landing from the driveway to the sidewalk around the house and the three steps to the front door. The workmanship was excellent so we accepted their bid to reconstruct the patio behind the house and build a walkway in the side garden. Once again the workmanship was excellent, from the removal of the old patio to the establishment of a superior base and the design and meticulous installation of a three-piece paver pattern. What separates the work of these masons is the attention to detail and the extra touches they bring to the job, not to mention their dependability and professionalism. They completed the job in a week. Beyond all that the are nice guys, my wife insists they’re artists."

For the walkway, Sam even made an asphalt patch to the city sidewalk where the two met. Sam and his team were on time, worked neatly, cleaned up after the work was done. "Everything about Paul and his company was excellent. He answered the phone right away when we called and gave us a quote over the phone. He scheduled us for the very next day as he had had a cancellation. He gave us an approximate time for his arrival and then called us 40 minutes away to say when he would be arriving. He seal coated our 63’ driveway making sure not to damage the grass, flowerbeds, and walls at the entrance to the driveway with the seal coat. He was very professional and the driveway looks beautiful."

"It went great. We were in good hands with the Ranieri family throughout the entire project. They are extremely reliable, diligent about keeping us informed about the process, and deeply knowledgeable about concrete deck installation and pool installation and care. Our 30+ year old 20x40 inground pool had crumbling old pavers around it and the pool plumbing needed replacing before we could put a deck in. The Ranieris were a one-stop-shop for this work. They replaced the plumbing, installed a new skimmer box, and poured a gorgeous curved edged 10' patio on one side and 4' deck around the rest of the pool. They are excellent communicators, keeping us informed all throughout the process and coordinated directly with our electrician to get the new ground wire installed and permitted before they poured. No hiccups at all with this process. This work happened this spring 2022, so there were supply and delivery issues with concrete that are outside of the contractor's control. From our perspective, the wait wasn't too bad, and the Ranieris kept us informed every step of the way. Their work is both art and science. We love what they built for us. We would hire the Ranieris for any future projects, and we highly recommend them."
