"These guys do not mess around!! They come ready to work!! They came in on the first day and removed/trucked away all existing chain link fence. They then proceeded to dig new holes and prep the area. They erected temporary barrier fence so that our dogs could still use the back yard. On the 2nd day, they set and pored concrete on all posts. On the 3rd day, they installed the fence and gates. Amazing speed and quality work. <br /> The project mgr. Kale even made contact with me to say he was not pleased with how one of the gates looked and said he wished to order a new one to allow better closed gaps and privacy (he took the words right out of my mouth and I didn't have to mention it)-it is clear that they want to be satisfied with the job as much as the customer would! These guys left a clean site after construction and were very responsive to any questions we had. <br /> I hired this company at the recommendation of a good friend who had previously used them for the fence at his new house. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. The crew were all nice and polite and professional. They got right to work and I spite of being paid by the hour they hustled right through the job. Ditto when they picked up the tree... it was a very large evergreen and completely filled their truck, but they worked quickly and efficiently and had it out in no time."
