"The problem was not with the cleaners. It was with the owner of the business. First of all, she required $100 to guarantee that we would engage her company. The cost for the first two visits was almost $500. We are a retired couple living alone with one beagle. We are NOT pigs and our house was not filthy. My big beef is that she requires payment via a credit card which she charges the week we are due for cleaning. The other complaint is that, even if you notify her ahead of time, you are still charged for cleaning if you will be gone and do NOT want anyone in your home to clean. The other “rule” is that you need to give a 30 day written and verbal notice to cancel her services. But, we were not given an address ?? A contract was brought to us after several weeks of engaging this company. Since we were already unhappy with Maid it Happen, we did not sign it! The cleaning lady who took care of us was excellent !! That is “why” some of the grades were higher. However, I would not recommend this company to anyone!"

This was not your typical bathroom clean- my son had dyed his hair red and the bathroom straight up looked like a muppet murder scene. There was red hair dye EVERYWHERE! On the walls, the floor, the whole shower was pink like a Jackson Polluck painting. Phoning a friend as a lifeline to this absurd mess I came home to, I was desperate in need of help. Mae came through with flying colors! Literally stopped everything to rescue me from the red splash zone created in my bathroom scrubbing it clean (idk even how..? Magic. I?m pretty sure it was magic) 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this amazing cleaning service!"
