"We signed up for a fall yard clean up from an Angie's List special offer. This fall with all the rain, we had not been able to get to raking and bagging the leaves.  The crew worked for the three hours of the stated offer, and then worked overtime to get all the bags filled and loaded for removal.  Marc discussed with me the scope of the work and followed my instructions to take care of the front and side yards and to leave the back yard for another time.  
He also gave me a consultation for removal of overgrown shrubs and replacement with new landscaping material.  He came up with a plan for removal of the shrubs including the roots and amendment of the soil.  The tree and shrubs he suggested were exactly the ones I love, but didn't know they would be able to thrive in these locations.  He quoted me a price for this job and it was very reasonable.  We had him go ahead and do that work as well, based on his first job -- fall cleanup.  We were not disappointed.  Again, he goes beyond expectations.  He reduced the final bill, when he told me he was able to save money on the soil amendments and the job did not take as long as he expected.  We are looking forward to seeing the new shrubs start blooming in the spring and we wil be contacting him again to do more work.  We discussed the scope of another job and he seems willing to work with us on our schedule and budget.
