"Diversified roofing and Reuben were great to work with. Reuben came out to our home to analyze what was going on with a leaking section of our roof. Reuben obviously had a lot of experience both with roofing and construction, so we went forward with the repair project. After removing a 20 year old section of roof we saw several very large gaps and holes in the plywood underlayment just above our gutters. Reuben laid down Grace water and ice shield underlayment and replaced that section of damaged roofing. The problem has been resolved. Both Reuben and the home office were great to work with. We would absolutely use them again and would recommend them for your roofing project."

"Very very slow service. Took at least 5 weeks from initial contact to get roof repaired. Took two weeks just to get an estimate. Had to call 2 or 3 times to even get it in the two weeks that it took. Never provided photos of the roof or damages a stated in the deal. Very poor customer service. Actual person repairing the roof was fine. If you don't care about poor response times and you have all the time in the world to get your roof repaired then they are fine. "My gutters decided to fail, during the rainiest week of a very rainy summer. Water was coming in through my front door and exterior walls and I was literally at wit’s end. I called The Gutter Guys late Friday and they had an estimator out to my house by the next business day. James, the estimator, arrived in the middle of a raging thunderstorm. He didn’t complain even though I dragged him out in the driving rain to witness my broken gutter. He was familiar with the type of gutter protection system I had and said that his company could repair it and rehang the gutter properly (part of the problem was that the gutter was originally installed too low relative to the roof line). Furthermore, the work done would be covered by a lifetime guarantee against clogging and material failure. Work on this project was scheduled within two weeks of the estimate. Josh and Steve arrived on time and after explaining to me what they would be doing, went right to work. They completed the job in about three hours. I particularly appreciated that Josh pointed out a piece of rotting fascia board that had previously been hidden behind the gutter. They also took note of my concern about my slate roof and cable connections and took special care not to disturb the shingles or the cables. Two hours after Josh and Steve completed their work, another thunderstorm arrived. The repaired gutters performed perfectly. This company was a pleasure to work with at every point of contact. The price charged was fair and the employees very professional. I am a very satisfied customer."

"I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done.
