Clearing their work space and carefully covering my belongings to protect from damage. When I had questions, Miguel took the time to answer thoroughly before returning to his task. What really impressed me was Miguel noticed a couple of things that were not written in the contract, nor did I request them to be tended to. As time progressed, he noticed the attic access door needed to be painted, so he took care of it. And there was trim in the hall he took care of painting that also was not in the contract. And finally above the fireplace was an issue that needed retaping and painting. As a customer I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. There was no nickel and diming. It was just good customer service."
