"Teresa was our designer. She had wonderful ideas to update our kitchen and stayed in touch throughout the project. She gave wonderful advice regarding the double sink, counter tops, removing existing wood trim to open up the kitchen. Teresa connected us with Alana from Ferguson who was fantastic to work with choosing all new appliances (we had some difficulty choosing a brand due to the available opening for the refrigerator.) and Kathleen from Ferguson who helped us choose new lighting fixtures. Paul was our kitchen project supervisor. Paul was very organized & enthusiastic about our project. He had all of the materials delivered on time and all of the subcontractors organized with perfect timing. It was necessary to remove some trim from the cabinets to fit in the new refrigerator and remove the unwanted wood trip. The outcome was perfect. The kitchen counter top installation was flawless. The plumbing and electrical work was perfect. Dustin installed the backsplash throughout the kitchen. His work was meticulous. At the end of each working day, Dustin cleaned up the working area. Just before the end of the project, We decided to remove an existing large unit connected to the ceiling containing fluorescent lighting and have Dustin reconstruct a new structure from which to hang new pendant lights. Paul & Dustin were very willing to deal with this change order at the last minute. We were thrilled with the outcome."

"I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company during a recent remodeling project at my parents' home. While some aspects of the work were satisfactory, several significant issues remain unresolved: Poor Quality and Incomplete Work: Many areas were left unfinished or poorly executed, despite multiple walkthroughs and follow-up communications. Unprofessional Behavior: The team brought children to the job site without approval, disrupting the work environment. Lack of Cleanup: Dust and debris were left throughout our home after the work was "completed." Missing Documentation: We’ve repeatedly requested an itemized receipt and proof of worker licenses, but these have not been provided. They turned off our gas on a Friday and refused to come back to turn it on until Monday. We notified them of this on a Friday, and it should have been rectified. Terrible Communication: Emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered, leaving us frustrated and without resolution. Additionally, we were bullied into signing off on completion of work (by Sapir) with the promise they would return to complete the issues that were pointed out. They never returned or communicated further with us despite reaching out on various occasions. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic standards of quality and accountability."

"These guys were fantastic. They are one of the few companies out there that that actually do what they say will do. They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"

"Absolutely AMAZING! The owner of the company is Julio Barron. He arrived on time and from the first moment he listened to what I have in mind and I finished, he walked me through his suggestions. He suggested the wifi lighting connected to my phone, and also without asking he came with detail-oriented little things to match my bathroom decoration to the project. He guided my husband to different places for quality and affordable prices to pick materials. He told me the job would take approximately no more than six and a half weeks and he finished in five! In general, very HONEST from the beginning. He asked me how much was my budget and he helped us to work with it. The final job is OUTSTANDING! and 100% recommendation for him and his whole crew! by the way, now they do my plumbing, and my roofing, and for sure next year they will be hired to remodeling my whole kitchen!
