"We had Sunny?s clean our windows and pressure wash the driveway and walkways and were really happy with everything. Sergio was great to work with ? easy to communicate with, showed up when expected, and the pricing was clear from the beginning. They took their time and did a really nice job. The windows looked great, but honestly the biggest surprise was the driveway. We didn?t realize how dirty it had gotten until we saw it clean again. Huge difference. Really good experience all around. Professional, friendly, and you can tell they care about doing a good job. We?ll definitely use Sunny?s again."

"Great job, thoroughly cleaned both plenums (in and out), reattached ducts after cleaning (from plenum down and from duct grills up), duccts repositioned in the attic, blower disconnected and taken down for thorough cleaning. All furniture and stuff was vinyl-sheet covered. Vents were repositioned correctly. House smells fresh now. Fast, clean, efficient. Reasonable also, easy to work with. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks a lot"
