"I had never used a cleaning service before so truly did not know what to expect. Customer service is huge for me, and when the owner Chris not only responded to my request for a bid right a way, but was able to make it to my house that very week to view my home, and answer any questions I may have, that spoke volumes to me. When the owner(s) of the company also partake in doing some of the cleaning themselves, I was not only impressed but also made me feel more secure about having people I never met in my home. We have agreed to a monthly service for now for the job they did was amazing. My house smelled so clean and their attention to detail is to be commended. The other factor that sold me on We've Got It Maid is that they did not press to have an initial deep cleaning done if it is not truly needed. The other 3 companies I called all required a deep cleaning which is normally around $300. I understand sometimes that would be necessary; however, Chris was honest and did not try the hard sale to get more money out of me. If you are looking for a home cleaning service, it goes without saying I would highly recommend Chris, Kristen and their awesome team."
