"They were great! I left a message describing the work needed, and Paul came by to check out my sidewalk and provided me with a quote. A month later when I hired them they honored the original quote AND came by the next day to start. They were able to do all the work over 2 days while I was at work (would have been finished in 1 day but it started to rain). Payment was easy, Paul's son came to my house once work was complete and picked up a check. The work was great, the price was great, and the customer service was great--I really appreciated not having to take any time off of work to be there for repair and everyone was so friendly and easy to work with.
