My stairwell chandelier was hanging loose because the original builder-installed plastic ceiling box failed, and the location made the repair difficult. He inspected everything, explained the issue clearly, worked carefully from the stairwell and attic, and replaced the unsafe setup with a fan-rated metal brace box. The attic heat was brutal, but Kenny kept at it and made sure the repair was done right, not patched or rushed. Omar also came by to assist and support the work when needed, which I appreciated.
