"I called 4 different companies and only 2 companies showed up to quote the lawn job. Key Landscaping replied and Steve was very prompt and professional and had a great knowledge of all aspects of lawn and irrigation. I felt completely confident in him and his crew which in fact proved, I definitely chose the right person for the job!! The crew showed up when promised and it only took a total of two days from start to completion of the job. I was very impressed with the results and Steve even took the time to explain to me the operation of the irrigation controller and made several trips to my home to check on the progress of the lawn to make sure everything was progressing the way it was suppose to be. I would highly recommend this awesome, professional company to everyone that was looking to just spruce up their lawn to the complication of a complete lawn overhaul!! Simply the BEST! Thanks Steve <br />"

"I highly recommend this contractor. I did not grade his cost because I didn't get competing bids (and therefore have no frame of reference), but I'm very happy with what he did and how he did it, so the value to me was excellent. His estimate was for $1600 and he stuck to that, except for the cost of some gravel after I agreed to get it: he charged me only what the gravel cost him. <br /> <br /> I called Bill and he came down the same day. He gave me an estimate, I accepted, and he did the work the next day. <br /> <br /> First they tore out the asphalt and trucked it away. It was pretty tight and he had to be very careful not to hit the house, garage, and granite wall, all of which form the driveway borders, but Bill did a great job at keeping it safe and avoiding any and quot;oops.and quot; <br /> <br /> Before removing the dirt/sand, he suggested (since the driveway was not flat) I get some stone dust and granite chips (I think it's called crusher run) to prevent runoff when it rained. I agreed, and he had his truck driver pick up a load after dropping off the dirt. After removing the excess dirt, Bill spread the gravel with the backhoe/digger and used his tamping machine to pack it down. He told me he'd take about an hour to pack it down, but he was actually out there for at least two and maybe three hours, just making sure that it was really packed down firmly. <br /> <br /> He did this extra work for free, even though he hadn't included it in the original estimate. The only added charge was for the cost of the gravel material, which was exactly what he'd paid (he gave me the receipt from the supplier). In my opinion, he did much more than he had promised and never asked for a penny more. <br />"

"It went very well. I am extremely pleased with the results! Everything was perfectly cleaned up when the crew left. Steve was there the whole time supervising and working himself. Communication with Steve is very easy as he responds to emails and phone calls quickly. <br />"

"The customer service was by far the best i have ever received. I have had experience with building homes up north. Until, meeting Mark it has been difficult to find a reliable contractor. I built this home in Suissevale, a waterfront community. I have received nothing but, compliments from neighbors as to the cleanliness of the job site, professional conduct, quality of the home, and the speed at which it was built. From ground breaking to move in was a little over 2 months. Complete with a 5 year fully covered home warranty, this will be a home that I will enjoy for many years to come. He WILL do it right the first time.. <br />"

"The service provided was excellent. They responded the same day I called about availability and were able to fit me into their schedule on a day when I was home. They were very professional and left my home looking great. The price was fair as I got a 2nd quote for the same amount of mulch that was $200 more. I will definitely use them again"

"I had the company pave my driveway in 2001; they did a great job paving the driveway. Starting in 2004, I attempted to have my driveway sealcoated. Each year I would call and they said they would call me back to schedule when I could have it sealcoated because they would only come out when they traveled to my town. They did not call me back. I phoned them again in 2004 and they said I would be put on the list for next year. I was not called back and no one showed in 2005. In 2006, I needed to have a portion of my driveway fixed, they quoted me a price and they came out and promptly did it when scheduled and they did a great job. They said we should phone them in the spring to have the driveway sealcoated that the asphalt would be cured by then. I phoned them again next year, they did not call back again. I respectfully told the company several times, on several different phone calls, how upset I was that I was not getting a call back, and they did not seem concerned. I was continually told that my name and phone number would be added to the list and that I would be contacted in the early spring as to when I could schedule the necessary sealcoating. If they did not come to my town to do any work, I can understand any reluctance to travel the additional time to come out here. However, they are frequently both in my town and have paved many driveways on my street over the last few years. So there really should be no reason not to schedule the job. While the company does a great job paving, if it does not want sealcoating jobs to preserve the asphalt, they should not state that it sealcoats, if they do not want the work."

FAQs for concrete driveways & floors installation projects in Conway, NH

Polished concrete floors offer many benefits with very few drawbacks. While issues like discoloration, stains, or imprints may occur during pouring, these are rare when working with a skilled flooring contractor. Once polished, concrete floors are easy to maintain, long-lasting, and eco-friendly. They also resist mold and moisture, making them ideal for allergy-prone households, and offer versatile design options for both indoor and outdoor use.

Polished concrete flooring is often more affordable than tile. It involves lower material costs and less labor-intensive installation. Tile installations require additional leveling and preparation, which increases labor costs. Opting for concrete flooring helps reduce upfront expenses and provides a durable, stylish finish that saves money over time with minimal maintenance.

While epoxy flooring offers enhanced durability and toughness compared to polished concrete, it comes with higher material and labor costs. If budget is a top priority, polished concrete floors provide a resilient and attractive finish without the premium price tag, making them an ideal choice for value and long-term performance.

Polished concrete floors last 20 years or more when installed by licensed professionals and maintained with proper care. Their enduring finish withstands heavy use and remains visually impressive for decades. Regular deep cleaning and maintenance help safeguard the floor’s integrity, providing homeowners with a long-lasting, cost‐effective solution that endures daily wear without compromising style.

Polished concrete floors increase home value by offering a modern, sleek appearance and exceptional durability. A professionally installed floor not only enhances visual appeal but also minimizes maintenance expenses, making the property more attractive to prospective buyers. This flooring upgrade delivers a refined look while boosting overall market competitiveness and long-term property value.
