"I hired Natures Elite Landscaping towards the end of September last year to replace 2 retaining walls that had early signs of collapse and was beginning to damage the siding on our home at the entrance of our basement walk out french doors. I went online and did my research. They were one of the very few that had a great website or one at all. I loved the fact that the owner, Steve Mitchell (and his workers) regularly go to seminars to stays current in their field. Steve himself came out and gave me the quote. He described the whole job process he would have to do and why, in terms that I would understand. He happily answered any questions I had. They were able to reuse the existing paver stones that were in good condition which saved me money. I found them to be extremely professional and trust worthy. They arrived and left on time and was explained in detail what was going to be done that day, each day. The job was done on time and as quoted. Steve had even called a few days later to follow up on his work and to see if there were any issues.
