"Luke came and did a scope of our property, measurements, and gave us different options for a fence. We weren't ready at that very moment so he sent updated quotes weekly to keep us posted on the fluctuations in price. Finally we were ready and Luke fit us right in and moved us up when there was a cancellation. Unfortunately we were not aware that our house was built on a very hard mineral stone making the job a whole lot harder than the norm. But Luke did not give up! They updated me throughout the process on the status and kept me informed on when a change in plans had to be made (weather related). Prior to the start date during the site survey the team informed me of any considerations (terrain, tree limbs) that might cause problems and a proposed solution.
