He showed up with tape measure, pad with business name on it and ready to give me a bid. I had others who came to the door while talking on the phone, no measure tape to know the dimensions, and sloppy dressed. He is ready and willing to work. The threshold brace boards supports mounted under crawlspace, were rotted too. Mr. Fred replaced without any issues. He also installed a moisture barrier.
