"All of my dealings with Floor Covering Technologies were by telephone.  The lady I worked with - Ann, I think - was very helpful and patient.  It was very important to me that the work be done with as little fuss to my parents in-law as possible, but correctly, very thoroughly, and quickly. <br /> My parents in-law reported that the company arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and helped move a few pieces of furniture they were not able to move by themselves.  The owner of the company came to their house himself and was there approximately 2 1/2 hours.  The outcome was gorgeous! <br /> I had arranged to be billed directly so that my in-laws would not have to be bothered with the financial details.  Per my request, no mention of fees of billing was discussed with my parents in-law.  Everything was handled with me over the telephone in a professional, confidential manner. <br /> This company was more professional and demonstrated more expertise than some of the high priced companies we have here in San Diego!  My in-laws were very pleased and asked how I ever found Floor Coverings Tech.  I told them, "Angie's List, it was easy!". <br />"

" I welcomed this company into the "house of spit."  I have a Boston Terrier who drools everywhere and it was time to get the filthy carpeting cleaned.  This company is based in Algood, TN but does quite a bit of work in Crossville, Tn where I live.  I <br /> randomly chose them from the phone book and was not disappointed.  Arrived  at the time specified.   He thoroughly vacuumed the carpet, then proceeded to steam clean the carpet.   He was very thorough and took his time.   He was here approximately 1-1/2 hrs.  My living room is just an average size.   I also had him clean an area rug, runner and small rug.  He made sure any and all spots were removed and replaced all furniture just the way he found it.  It took a few hours to dry and  I will definitely call this company again.   I also felt the price was not out of line for the quality of work he performed.  You should really give them a try!"
