I started with my father when I was just 11 years old and helping him while learning the ends and outs of swimming pool maintenance. I have several family members in the pool service industry including two uncles and my grandfather. I have learned a lot since I was young when it comes to maintenance. Those are words I live by every time I service. Ashley has a very strong background in customer service and entrepreneurship. Her father started from just a lube tech at a dealership and worked his way up to General Manager of a very successful dealership.
