"Everybody looking for remodeling/repair services should at least meet with Regal Bath and Kitchens. We utilized Regal Bath and Kitchens for our remodeling project. Our project consisted of flooring throughout our home and a total kitchen remodel. After speaking with five other contractors, and only wanting to bang our heads against the wall afterward, we found Rich, Jim and the crew from Regal. My wife and I had high expectations for our project and to say that the team met those expectations is an understatement. Rich and Jim took the time to meet with us time and time again to triple check our choices for cabinets and overall flow of the design. The project completed smoothly, on time, and right inline with our quote. We will be using Regal Bath and Kitchens again in the future."

"I am not the easiest person to work with and am very picky. I told Don what I wanted (and changed my mind many times) and he worked patiently with me. They came out exactly as I wanted! I am very happy with the quality and workmanship! I have received many compliments with our new kitchen remodel!! We are thinking about adding a wine cabinet, and will be calling Don to do the job."

"This is by far one of the best companies in the Phoenix area. The attention to detail is impeccable. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to have your cabinets painted. We were missing a cabinet door since we bought house...Sam had one made and it fit perfectly! This is an excellent company, you will not be sorry."

"The installers for Classy Closets were very professional and the completed job turned out beautifully. In the bathrooms we did hanging cabinets and I am more than happy with the finished look. We get compliments on our kitchen the minute guests walk in. Classy Closets has great variety in their options of what type of wood/ cabinets and countertops they offer and we <br /> are extremely happy with how our bathrooms and kitchen turned out. We would definitely refer our friends, family, neighbors? to go with Classy Closets for any type of remodel they are looking for. Awesome company! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"<p>The resurfaced cabinets look fantastic!! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. We were very pleased with the installers who did the work. They were pleasant and hardworking and cleaned up at the end of each day. The installation of the countertop and s/s sinks went smoothly without any problems. Our only disappointment was on the last day of the job when the plumber scratched the new sinks while connecting the taps and hooking up the garbage disposal. </p> <br />"

FAQs for cabinets reface projects in Coolidge, AZ

Absolutely. Refacing returns 65% to 80% of your investment at resale, and you get an updated kitchen right now. Because you’re not paying for new boxes or demo work, the price lands well below complete replacement but still delivers a fresh, custom look that buyers—and you—notice every time you walk in.

To trim costs, start by pricing a high-quality paint or gel stain instead of full refacing—stain alone can be one-third the price of full refacing. Keep existing hinges and pulls if they’re in good shape, and shop sales for sandpaper, primer, and sealer. The sweat equity is real, but so are the savings, and a careful DIY job can still leave your cabinets looking sharp for years to come.

A professional crew needs only three to five days to reface a standard kitchen, although a larger layout or intricate door style may add one to two days. Compare that with the several weeks a full cabinet swap can drag on. In other words, you get your space back fast, often before the paint on the new doors is even fully cured.

Yes, you can replace just the cabinet doors and drawer fronts without covering the cabinet boxes. Cabinet refacing involves installing new doors and drawer fronts while applying veneers to existing cabinet boxes. If you’re satisfied with the condition of your cabinets, swapping doors and drawer fronts reduces labor and materials, saving you time and cost. Always consult a professional to confirm compatibility and ensure a seamless, high-quality finish.

Most cabinet refacing projects do not require removing countertops because professionals can access doors and drawers around existing surfaces. However, if your countertop overhang prevents full access to the cabinet boxes, contractors may need to lift the countertop to install veneers properly temporarily. Discuss this with your refacing specialist during the on-site estimate so you know exactly what the project entails.
