"Initially, Chris was very friendly and seemed like he would be great to work with. He came out and gave us a very rough bid which we knew would change based on the specs. After much back and forth of planning, waiting on his guys to draw etc. we received a formal bid. Although we are doing a basic garage - the bid came back 20,000 above what we were initially quoted. We were shocked! We asked him to please go over the bid with us because we found that profit was built into every line of the bid as well as a contractors fee. He responded aggressively saying "I'm not here to negotiate! The price is the price!". We were taken aback, and decided to move on. We were really looking forward to working with him so this was disappointing."

"This project went a little longer than expect but was due to the level of professionalism by the workers. They worked hard at leveling our patio/walkway and didn't stop until they got it right. They were on time, cleaned up and did a great job. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. Heath, the owner, was on site a the beginning, middle and end. He was responsive to questions. This project was on the pricier side of things but it was because we order expensive pavers. Very fair on install pricing."
