"We had a mystery leak in our 10-year-old TPO rubber roof. Three roofers looked at the roof and said it’s in excellent condition otherwise. Two made repairs that didn’t stop the leak, although to be fair, both said they may need to come back with Plan B. Frustrated, we contacted Phelps Brothers Roofing for an estimate on a new roof. Rob came out and said he’d like to sell us a new roof, but we don’t need one. He and I were up there for some time while he searched for the source of the leak. He found it and repaired it. We know this company does great work and recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or repair. We have to wonder if we called any other company, would we have dealt with someone less honest than Rob. Thank you."

"Gunner Roofing We used Gunner to replace shingles. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"

"Beautiful installation. Absolutely impossible to reach when something is need after installation. The replacement of windows is a fantasy. You must pay for anything that goes wrong. We spent over $20,000.00 and when reaching out with a problem it took 10 months to get an response at all. The response was to go buy another window and have it replaced by a company they use. I liked them because they were local but never again. I recommended them to a ftiend, who used them and they had the same response when they had an issue. Bad customer service "

"There is an issue with work that was done by Donnie Long that is under warranty. Donnie refused to stop by to look at it or take responsibility. He said it is a manufacturer issue and that he doesn't have time to get involved with it."

Done in a day in most cases and site clean up and prep is outstanding. Highly recommend. "My initial contact with Leelands was 10 years ago. I really admired the work they had done on my neighbors house. I just couldn't afford slate repair or replacement at the time. The employees were always courteous and patient. Fast forward to May 2018, I had exhausted all the patching my roof could take. I contacted Leelands, Donna promptly scheduled Luke to come out for an estimate. Luke was on time and provided honest feedback. I recieved a Photo Report, Field Condition Report and Proposals a few weeks later. It took me a few more months to decide how to proceed. In October, Leelands sent Gabriel and Miguel to make the repairs. They were prompt, courteous and worked diligently to finish the job. After a rainy 2018, my roof is still leak free."
