"CYMBAL RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST FOR SERVICES PROMPTLY. SHE CALLED AND WE TALKED. WE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY AT 2 PM. MONDAY. AT 2 PM, SHE AND HER CREW WERE HERE AND READY TO GO!
