"We hired Royal Renovators two years to completely redo our roof. Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but Mike, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. He also had to deal with picky neighbors. The work was done super well in one day. Fast forward this past summer, I heard a small leak. I texted Mike, he replied within 24 hours, and his team was back on the roof within 3 days - no questions asked and no $ required. It was fixed quickly and thoroughly. We had crazy rain in Brooklyn since then, and everything is fixed and fine. Really appreciate their work and customer service. Thank you!"

"Our overall experience with US Homes was pleasant. From the onset when we contacted Bob Stang, he was very helpful in giving us suggestions on how to go about our kitchen renovation (we were gutting an outdated kitchen and renovating it). He came back with a fair proposal shortly and was flexible with us in various areas.
His colleague, Joe, was the project manager and he was responsive whenever we texted / called him with any inqueries. Any issues were quickly resolved after we spoke with Joe. The US Homes crew worked diligently and a crew would always arrive each day to address an aspect of the project which is a stark change from our prior contractor where an appearance by anybody can be on and off.
The crew were all nice and did their best to not make a mess and cleaned up the best they could. The project was completed somewhat on schedule although part of the delay was attributed to the town inspector being on vacation. For any issues, we either communicated with Bob or Joe and both were responsive.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the work performed and we would definitely recommend US Homes for any project. For future projects, we would strongly consider US Homes again as the general contractor.

"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. "As homeowners for over 45 years, we have had our share of renovation horror stories, so it was with great apprehension that we decided to take on another reno. We checked on home sites and chose three companies for estimates. After an innovative presentation with the knowledge (and engaging) Mike Patti, we awarded the job to Selective Sculptures. "Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."

"John Mignone, owner of Timeless Decks & Renovations, came to our house to give an estimate to install siding on our house and repair and paint our chimney. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, his price was reasonable and he answered all of our questions. On the day work began, he and his crew arrived on time. John supervised the crew from start to clean up. While John was at the house he noticed part of our kitchen ceiling needed to be replaced because of a leak. He repaired the ceiling, skim coated the ceiling and the walls, added crown molding and then painted the entire kitchen. John is now going to repair our front stoop. My house looks beautiful, and my kitchen looks brand new. We are extremely pleased with the completed jobs and highly recommend Timeless Decks & Renovations to those who want quality at reasonable prices."
