"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

They explained the process of how they were going to do the repair, was able to match the new siding to the existing siding and they did an amazing job! For it to be completely addressed I needed my kitchen cabinets removed, but I had to get my huge granite tops out first, plus they would have to store them for me. Hence after calling several companies that were either rude, never got back to me, or just weren't interested in the job because it wasn't a huge money maker for them I finally found this gem. They came the very next day...today in fact. The workers were just as nice & neat with their work. "The work performed by Timeless Decks &Renovations was excellent. The job itself was multifaceted in that it included designing and building an elevated 500+ sq ft Trex deck with multiple built in benches including a storage bench and a sophisticated railing and lighting system. Not only did they do great job but John was able to make suggestions throughout to improve on our thoughts. Additionally they designed and installed a herringbone pattern paver patio incorporating two borders. They also replaced a sliding French door and associated siding. They were here everyday on time, were self sufficient which was important because of Covid and put away the tools and materials before they left each day. I tend to be very tough as I expect perfection and they came about as close to that as anyone can. Any questions were dealt with immediately. I really have no complaints and my suggestion would be to book them as soon as possible."
