"Dustin and Troy came to our new house in Weiser to inspect our roof and talk about its condition and what we might do or not do. They showed up on time, which made me happy. They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems. We decided to replace the roof, so Dustin took us through the whole process of what, when, how much, and did it with a smile! Troy was there to keep Dustin in line and make sure he got it right. Both men were pleasant to work with, and fun to talk to. They seemed to know their business, and as I have been in construction most of my life, I was happy."

"I was searching for pros of this type, this company popped up and even before I finished reading the info they were on the phone (it was probably 7:30-8 am) to me. Gave me a quick idea of price and said technicians would be here between 9-11. At 9:02 the doorbell rang and the technicians were here. Did their inspection, send photos back by phone and I received a call re: work that needed to be done and pricing. I approved the project as the rodent had been chewing on water lines and it was raining inside the house. It took only 2 hours for them to complete the task . They were courteous and happy too make me happy with their work. I don't know much about these types of things but feel pricing was fair. I would not hesitate to recommend American Rodent Control to friends and family or use them again."
