Yet there was a distinctive professional advantage that echoed from day one of our discussion with them. Chris from System Pavers was very detailed about the process, provided full specs, reference addresses to visit as well as some really good consultation. On the other side, the cheaper contractors had by far less references and were not aware of some of the requirements (City permit, for example, was ignored as well as some specific installation materials), needless to say that none offered the 25 years warranty and peace of mind that comes with System Pavers. After thinking about it for a while (And given our experience with "Cheap" contractors that turn out to be very expensive on our previous remodel), we decided to pay more to get more, we clearly made the right choice! Installation was well coordinated, even though we asked to delay it the last minute due to a power shortage, System Pavers still over-delivered on the completion date, having our driveway and walkway ready within four days only. The construction team was very friendly and helpful and did their best to help us going through those few days without a drive way and walkway. Jeff, the project managers was highly involved and kept me in the picture all along even though I was traveling and hard to reach. All in all, I highly recommend System Pavers, you might pay more, yet it will definitely worth it!"
