completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had

"This spring in Dallas was **** for rain and wind, and I was starting to lose some ties on my roof. I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). And that he did. He started work on Friday, June 7, got nearly all of it done in one day, but was cut off by my neighbor at 7PM, because "it's 7PM" and she was adamant. I'm tremendously grateful that Jess came and finished the job Saturday morning, because we all know what the storm-pocalypse was like on Sunday, June 9. I suspect there are still neighborhoods that are recovering. I can't imagine the damage that might have been done to an unfinished roof. So thanks, Jess for getting after this and following through to gitter done! (Plus, with the radiant barrier, my electrical bill is down, and the new tiles are so much more massively durable, I can be confident in another very long run before roofing maintenance.)"

"First off, I want to say that I like a deal and I like quality--that's why I always check Angie's list. Mr Wilkins was fast and efficient when providing estimates and a timeline. He was even flexible with holding our deposit check until our insurance check returned from the mortgage company. Mr. Wilkins had (by far) the best estimate and the work began within a week. The job took 2-half days and the workers did a decent job cleaning up- I found a few pieces of tar paper on our balconies, but no big deal.
He came out to inspect after the roof was done, hauled off some old junk (not his stuff, but we don't have a truck) free of charge. We were so happy with his work that we are hiring him again for our rental property roof/repairs. We are also going to have him do some additional work on our home before we sell. He's fast, reasonable, and understands the insurance claim process. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially for the price.

Excellent work.  They were very responsive.  I called one day and they came out the next day for an estimate.  Within a week, we had everything set up and they put a beautiful 30 year roof on, also, put the same roofing on my shed, and reinforced some problems with our chain link fence.

I would highly recommend this company.  The were so professional and true to their word.
