He was clear in his communication and didn't mind giving a rough estimate based upon my description along with a picture. "They installed our roof in the pouring down rain. Asked multiple times for them to stop, they did not. Paid for the 50 year warranty. Our roof has flaws now that require repairs especially with the winter months approaching. I reached out on Facebook and within seconds my question was deleted and I was blocked. My wife reached out to Jeff Brett and received a response to now find out that he too has blocked her. This company will not admit to their mistakes nor take the appropriate action to correct them. Call and either they don't answer or we get the run around. On top of all of this they damaged hundreds if not a few thousand worth of my brand new flashing and vinyl siding. This company is not worth their word nor contracts considering they are actively breaking the agreement in which we signed for. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!"
