"I completely recommend Dan Bozzo Spackling to do the job! I used their service for the first time, and I was completely thrilled with the work they did!!! Dan and his team are dedicated and professional and not interested in doing something simply so they can charge you for it. Instead, they work carefully with you, and together you decide on the best approach for your job. Dan’s team has been instrumental in helping to get my sheetrock and spackling job done right. Before Dan, I had another company start the job, but it was incorrectly done and so bad, that I needed to remove the sheetrock and have it replaced. This is where Dan’s team came in. They removed the bad sheetrock and installed new sheetrock correctly and spackled the area and several other areas in my house. The job looked so good, the spackle is smooth and seamless, and the ceiling looks great!!! Also, the team was so neat and cleaned up after finishing the job. Dan is very amiable and easy to work with. He is quick to respond, very professional and honest. He is responsible and timely in attending to every situation. This is how a business like this should be run. Dan Bozzo Spackling is easily the best Spackling and Sheetrock company in town, and it would be a mistake not to hire them as soon as possible. I will recommend them to anyone who needs this service. In summary, I would highly recommend them and would gladly continue to work with them again."

"Brian is an amazing worker. He always showed up on days he was scheduled to work, he listened to what I wanted and was thorough in explaining what was needed. Brian also went above and beyond by coming in extra hours, reinstalling appliances that were needed daily, and by being present for deliveries. At the end of each day, everything was swept, vacuumed, cleaned, and organized. Brian made sure that not only was the job done, but it was done correctly and well. Looking forward to working with him again in the future. Highly recommend his services."

"Could have been better. I guess it all comes down to 'you get what you pay for'. Contracted Forte to install pavers over existing patio, add two corner seat/benches, a step-down & additional new patio. Plus new front walk-way & paver borders along drive-way. The patios & walk-way came out great, but the seat/bench area was disappointing. I thought it was going to be constructed of all pavers, but due to budget he suggested it be built w/cylinder blocks & covered. (I thought w/the pavers) but they used a cement compound & gave it a "stucco" look & then painted it (I Hated that). I guess I should have been more explicit what I wanted, but again budget was main concern. My biggest issue was the cylinder block/stucco sides of bench kept leaching a white residue. I called them back about this. They did come & re-stuccco & paint, but it happened again. Another call & another return/repair, but when it happened on 3rd time, I just figured no matter how many times they come & re-stucco/repaint, this will keep happening. I was told by another masonry , that this is an inherent problem the cylinder blocks. The entire bench would have to re moved & re-done w/ all pavers. We figured he's want to charge us for the new benches, so we're just living w/it. Sad :("

"For years my wife and I scratched and saved every penny we could in order to redo our house into the home we always wanted. In the beginning of 2020, we decided it was time. We got a few estimates and then found Charles, who in the beginning seemed to be the contractor you always wanted. Attentive, decently price, had the answers, and showed pictures of quality work. In March we broken ground, and again, in the beginning of the project it was going great. Framing and siding was great. Work was being done, Charles was on scene, and in touch every day. ****, we even had a few happy hours at the end of the workday. Then things began to fall apart. Charles for whatever reason, started to become overwhelmed. His attitude, more specifically with my wife, began to become nasty. The work not only slowed but became sloppy and filled with short cuts. Charles went from the contractor with all the answers, to the man with every excuse possible. The excuses piled up and the work came to a standstill. But Charles still wanted his money, even when projects were not completed. But like I said, we had a good relationship, so we paid him for the tile work, even though the kitchen was not tiled yet, and we paid when he asked for the molding payment, even though all the molding was not done. Unfortunately we trusted Charles, and his promise that it would get done with in the week. As our 3–4 month project enter its 6th month with no real energy from Charles to complete his work, he again started to ask for more money. I finally said no. No more money until things that were paid for are finished or fixed (and there were a lot). A reasonable request. This is when the real Charles came out. The arrogance and refusal to acknowledge that what was going on was his fault. Charles refused to come to complete my house, and in December sent a text message to my wife asking to be released from his contract. He has never returned He left my house a danger zone for three young kids. There were electric issues that if left alone would have caused a fire, plumbing issues that could have flooded my house, a crumbling foundation and at least 30,000 dollars worth of unfinished work or work that needed to be redone. Message me privately and I will gladly show pictures and more to the story. What I have realized, is the things my wife and I loved in beginning of our project were done by people other than Charles. A framing company framed our house. Siding was done by siding company. Charles only does molding when his uncle is working. His cousin paints (terribly). I can go on and on but will end with this truth; eventually you figure out that Charles is a bundle of nerves and cannot complete work without other people's confidence. So consumer beware, if you're looking for a big project do not look here for a contractor."

"This is the 2nd job for which I have hired Jim Morisco. I was not disappointed either time. He renovated both my powder room and master bathroom. He collaborates with you to to discuss your thoughts, ideas and plans. He lets you know potential issues and helps to plan around them. He is meticulous in the work and oversees every step. Details matter as much to him as they do to me! I trust him implicitly and he has my keys and garage codes. Jim treats my house as though it were his. The pictures below show my just completed bathroom. It exceeded all my expectations. I am already discussing a basement and kitchen reno with Jim. I would not hire anyone else,"

"I was concerned that a book shelf that had come away from the wall had to be replaced. It was leaning that far forward. I contacted Mr Becker through Angie's List and made an appointment. He was punctual and looked over the book shelf and told me that it just needed to be made secure to the wall. I appreciated his honesty and relieved that it would not need to be replaced. Over the years Angie's List has helped me find the right professionals to work with. Mr Becker came a few days later and secured the book shelf back to the wall and the job was done."

"I highly recommend Long Hill, I would give more than 5 stars if I could. When my wife and I moved into our house, it was not structurally sound (we didn't know that when we bought the house). Long Hill came in and worked their magic. John even made the suggestion that we vault our ceiling while everything was opened up, so we did and we couldn't be happier with that decision. Long Hill made our home safe and even better than we imagined. Long Hill was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They showed up everyday and worked solely on our house until the job was completed. I recommend Long Hill Carpentry to anyone that needs work done on their house."
