"After a week of disturbed sleep worrying about a bed bug situation, I contacted Ace Bed Bug. I had been in the apt of a good friend who unknowingly had bed bugs and I got bitten! I was horrified and rushed home only to worry that I brought them back with me. I called Ace and Luis immediately picked up the phone and was at my house by 8 AM that day after hearing my anxious voice. Luis is wonderful...a very reassuring and professional individual who listened carefully and empathetically to my hyper anxious concerns. He inspected all my furniture and asked where else I would like him to look. Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them. "After 15 years of being a loyal customer, I am SHOCKED by my most recent experience. It seems like it’s not coincidental that it was my most expensive to date. Suburban would only schedule an appointment to exterminate my current insect problem after I signed a contract and paid $647. We paid, scheduled an appointment and they failed to show after we waited the full 4 hour window on a Friday. With little to no apology, they said they could only reschedule almost a week later. Unacceptable as the insects were multiplying! After speaking with a manager, he guaranteed an 8:00 am appointment on Monday (today). We have written confirmation from the manager. We texted again this morning to confirm. No technician came at 8!!!!! The manager never called back after “checking on it.” Needless to say, when I requested a refund and a call from his supervisor, I heard back from no one! It’s 3:20…crickets (no pun intended). They have no problem holding my money hostage and failing to deliver the contracted service. SHAME ON YOU, SUBURBAN! You’re not the only game in town."
