John arrived on time and listened to our concerns and suggested to tune-up or replace. We considered replacing “down the road.” John happily oiled our tracks, adjusted the springs and gave us new door info. Almost a year later, we called John to replaced our garage door, all hardware and a new Lock Master 8500 garage door opener that uses a deadbolt for added security. John arrived on-time, installed exactly as promised and said that he would come back in about a year to ensure all is working properly. If we have any questions or concerns, to give him a call. "We had worked with Charles before when he remodeled our condo kitchen.  Because we were so pleased with his work and treatment of customers, we asked him to replace the  cabinet in our guest bathroom.  We had just moved in to this new place and I did not like the style of the cabinet.  The beige  sink was on top of the countertop which was black taking up much counter space.  The fixtures were also black and weirdly shaped.  Charles knows a superb cabinet maker who made a bathroom cabinet exactly to my requirements which is for it to be ergonomically waist high in natural wood.   It has a pure white sink with overflow and a simple but elegant chrome fixture.  Charles helped to keep the cost down by supplying the white quartz countertop  from a remnant.  Additionally, he attached some chrome towel bars.  As usual, he did very fine work, fitting the new cabinet in the space of the old one that he removed.  I am very happy with my bathroom now.  It was very easy to work with Charles because he not only does a top job but responds promptly to our calls and shows up when he says he will.

"DO NOT HIRE!!! After a very long and informational sales pitch reminiscent of an auto salesman..we wwere very pressured to sign a contract then and there.... During the roof install the workers broke our porch light off, and even though they haphazardly put it back up the lens was broken. After a week or so I finally managed to speak with install manager and they promised me a check 2 weeks ago since I complained and sent them pictures, but I still had to call and not get any response . They are sure prompt and pushy when they are trying to get you to sign their contract, but a simple thing like a repair/replace what they broke is impossible. ALSO, 3 1/2 years later, having an upstairs room water damaged wall and part of ceiling finally replaced, we discovered the ceiling plywood sheathing underneath shingles has NOT BEEN TAKEN OUT AND REPLACED - IT WAS WATER DAMAGED AND MOLDY. This is completely unacceptable, but what can you do when you discover this 4 years later!! The roof is good, but for the price and dealing with these people you can do much much better...."

"It turned out fine. The price was reasonable. There was no additional cost. He seem like a real nice guy and listens to us and we haven't really even got a chance to look over the designs much in depth yet, but they seem to kind of what we were looking for in terms of change. We are not sure if we are going to move forward with it or use him as our person to do the work, but I feel like we got what we paid for. He is very  responsive.
