"I had some leak areas in my house, most noticeable in my kitchen and son's bedroom, but also had a few small water spots elsewhere. The outer appearance of my roof was also starting to look quite poor. My roof was 19 years old, and I think it had one small repair in that time. Signature came out (promptly after I called) and did a very detailed and what I thought to be professional assessment. They identified the source of the leaks, and also noted that much of the damage was from hail. Based on the hail damage, they helped me work with my insurance company to receive compensation for what was damaged by storm. From there the process was excellent! My roof (for a 2,900 sq ft home) was completely replaced in one day! The next day they returned to replace all the gutters, and install leaf guards. Very professional office staff to work with, and very professional and courteous workers to perform the job on site. Definitely 5 stars. What I thought would be a nightmare of a job, turned out to be simple and painless. Only bit of a pain point was a bit of a mess in my attic. But that was really my fault as I didn't cover my attic possessions well (it was just dust and wood chips). Signature cut in new roof vents, which should have been installed when the house was built. So I was fine dealing with a little bit of clean up to have the roof installed properly. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone."

"Shine Bright did a thorough, professional job when cleaning our gutters and removing roof debris from our 3100 square foot home. Although bad weather caused a reschedule, Shine Bright fit us in at the first opportunity and kept us informed at every step -- including calls on the day of the scheduled maintenance to inform us of delays (due to earlier jobs taking longer than expected). We also received a call letting us know when they expected to arrive to begin work, and they showed up on schedule. Although some companies will not clean gutters with gutter guards (as we have), Shine Bright removed the accumulated deposits (shingle grit, etc.) and made sure all of our downspouts were clear and operating properly. They also cleaned off roof debris that had built up near the diverters and in the channels where roof sections met. Shine Bright's professionalism went beyond just doing a competent job, however. They walked the roof, identified existing and potential problem areas and explained their findings to us, at times using pictures of areas that were not visible from the ground. They also double-checked problem areas we had noticed and made sure our concerns were addressed before asking us to sign off on completion. When we agreed that the job was complete, Shine Bright left us with a copy of services performed, inspection notes and contact information in case questions or problems arose later. Every one of the three workmen on our job was polite, professional and concerned to deliver a quality result. We would definitely hire Shine Bright again for gutter cleaning, and based on this experience, we would certainly consider them for window cleaning as well."

"My car interior, especially the rear, was atrocious. I had bought it a few months before my son was born, and after almost 8 years the back seat was horrible. They did a great job, but there were still some fairly large stains; not sure if it was just impossible to get out, or if there was something more they could have done. It also took a solid 3 days for the interior to dry out entirely, and being winter I couldn't leave the windows down all the time. A week later there was a faint mildew smell that I had to address with Fabreeze. Overall, they brought the car from "absolutely horrible" to "passable", which was great. They were also courteous and professional-no complaints in that regard. It just didn't look like it had been detailed when they were finished; maybe my expectations were to high after reading some of the other reviews?

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
