Vicky kept in contact with me every step of the way. Dave was great to talk to and work with. I didn't know he did a military discount until he told me and adjusted the price. The painters were funny and understanding, and worked hard and quickly. They were also on time and had no problem with a last minute change I asked for. They also let me take my time with the final inspection and verified I was happy with the job. I will definitely be using this company again to paint my interior before we move."

He not only is at the job every day to oversee, supervise and check on the progress, but will pitch in and paint, tape, etc. He checked all my door mouldings by hand to feel the surface and they weren't to his standards, so he gave them another light sanding and a final coat himself. His team of guys were great to work with. We even added an additional job of refinishing a small wood floor area and our banister and it came out magnifico! Hugo has an artistic flair with the brush and roller. The other guys helping out were just as conscientious and when reviewing the painted areas, did not hesitate to touch-up a few missed spots. Ruben and his team provide excellent service with integrity, attention to detail and conscientiousness!!!"

"We hired Sylvain and Marquis Assoc. To build a separate and detached Granny Flat on our property. He and his team built a 1200 sq. ft fully functioning 3 bedroom 2 full baths HOME. From start to finish Sylvain was personally involved and extremely professional. He and his team were on the job site on time everyday early to dusk. They worked hard and fast. Every night the job site was left clean. As soon as the city approved the plans, we were building the next day. It was incredible how efficient the guys were in building, total build time was less than 3 months. Craftsmanship was top-notch, and we feel we truly built a great house. He was focused on making sure we chose all of our counters/ cabinets/ doors/ windows/ molding/ everything that we wanted and stayed on budget. All done, Sylvain did not go over budget. His estimates were right on to what final costs came out to be. He kept us updated constantly regarding budget and where we stood in the process. We had changes along the way, and he treated all problems with calmness and found solutions to all issues. He is well seasoned and we trusted him completely. Our house is incredible, we are so happy. I also feel I need to mention how much our neighbors love the new house. They walked by during their daily walks every day during construction.
