"Demolished existing courtyard and circular driveway. Regraded the entire courtyard. I had flooding of my house caused by passed heavy rains. The workers were on time, left the property clean everyday. Chris came up with additional ideas for the project, which enhanced the project! I finished with stamped concrete. Very pleased with completed project, and very well priced."

"I highly recommend using Sunset Pavers. I received around 5 estimates to replace my concrete driveway and Sunset Pavers was the best value for their estimate compared to the others. I am glad I selected them. Their team is highly professional and is very knowledgeable in concrete work. They pulled out many roots from two trees I removed due to the damage on the existing driveway. I increased the concrete psi to 4000 and added color to the concrete and now I am the talk of the neighborhood. I have received many compliments from my neighbors. They are quick too. They started demo on Monday and poured new concrete on Thursday. I stayed off the concrete from Thursday thru Sunday and walking on it on Monday. I am not driving on it for 4 weeks but that is up to each individual. The longer you let the concrete cure the better but concrete never stops curing. I am very happy I selected Sunset Pavers."

It was not my fault that you were 2 weeks late from completing the job and had to go back and readjust the retaining wall because your crewman built it crooked and you were upset because I wanted it done correctly so you and your crewman had to fix it and you still did not do it correctly. But I will say they are very polite until he received my money he did not want to complete the job my other electrical box was not installed he ignored my called and never answered and that was is but its okay... lesson learned: Never Give ALL The Money Until The Job Is Complete. Thanks For Nothing!"

Although we were surprised when he asked us to pay extra for the dirt and requested it halfway through the job, we discussed it, and he agreed to settle the matter fairly. Mario consistently followed through on what he said he would do. He did a great job—especially considering that my business partner, Sarah, is extremely precise and particular when it comes to details and quality. For potential clients, I recommend clearly outlining the payment terms, who will provide the dirt, the type of concrete (PSI), whether fiber/rebar will be included, and the cleanup expectations. All of this should be clearly spelled out in the contract. Mario handwrites everything, which is fine—his handwriting is actually very neat.
