"I met him at my house and he cut the volunteer tree. He wanted to give me two quotes. One to put gas on the stump and the other to NOT put gas on the stump. I thought that was weird but I didn't listen to my gut. I found out afterwards how seriously he overcharged me. I KNOW BETTER NEXT TIME. I have to write this to women. Ladies, please make sure your husband or boyfriend or a man is dealing with this guy. I'm a woman and I should have had my boyfriend deal with him. I KNOW BETTER NEXT TIME AND WITH THE NEXT CONTRACTOR I WILL DEFINATELY GET OTHER QUOTES NO MATTER WHAT. Also, I asked him to look at my irrigation because I thought there was a break somewhere. He checked the automatic system and watched for low pressure. He said that there was none but I kept trying to show him where I knew the break was and he said "there is no break". A few days later, my husband and I watched the irrigation cycle thru each section and located the break. What lesson learnt? Find an expert and ask them.....We will be using someone from Angie's List for this repair AFTER getting 2 or more quotes.....Lesson leaned and more wisdom for the next time....."

"With great pleasure I am writing this review for Integrated Paver Systems. We hired this company to redo our driveway and walkway with pavers. Mark Thacher , the owner, came immediately and provided a written scope of work and a written estimated cost for the project that very first visit. There was NO WAITING TIME TO PROVIDE A QUOTE like four different companies we had contacted before. (We are still waiting for their WRITTEN quotes months after!!) ! There was no pressure and the quote was very clear, fair and direct. We signed the next day because from his personal and professional demeanor Mark instilled trust from the very moment we met him. The work commenced and finished ON TIME and per the contract. The crew who performed the project was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!! Victor is a master mason and his crew of Elio, Luis and Ramón were all excellent. They worked tirelessly all day long and cleaned up everything everyday before leaving. They were all respectful and a very cohesive group. Victor listened attentively and addressed any concerns I had always so kindly. Our project turned out just BEAUTIFUL and we could not be more pleased. Everything went smoothly and our vision was brought to life by these highly skilled craftsmen. "Andrew was very professional, friendly and accommodating. He gave us a great price and was very knowledgeable. I kept going back and fourth, changing the plan and he was very nice about it and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to a friend or family member without hesitation. He even set me up to pour my own dog pad at no cost since my plan resulted in using the full amount of the trucks capacity. So I m order to keep the cost down, instead of telling me I had to buy another truck, he just offered to set me up so I could just mix and pour a few bags myself. Lastly, we ran into a bit of a issue with my new house s side gate, the builder made the gate too low and ram bolted the studs into the cinderblock wall, thus, the gate could not be taken off and moved. Andrew came up with the solution of trimming the bottom to make room for the pour. I was skeptical, thinking it might look weird, but it looked great. And when I odorants expressed concerns about the issue, his response was even if I have to buy you a new gate, I ll honor my bid. That s legit."
