Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

The roof was leaking near a classroom and had soft areas around two drains, but weekday removal would have created too much noise over occupied rooms. We agreed on a weekend-heavy schedule with smaller finishing tasks completed during closed hours. Interior protection was installed above the affected classroom, storage cabinets, and the route to the roof hatch. The playground below the loading area was closed and covered during tear-off. Staff received a written schedule showing when each area would be unavailable. Removal confirmed wet insulation at both drains and one damaged deck section beside the parapet.
