"Jesse responded quickly when I had told Angie’s list that I was looking for somebody to redo my asphalt. He came around and looked at what needed to be done and immediately advised me that asphalt as old as ours would need to be completely replaced. He took time out to explain why, and what would be needed. He listened carefully to just what we needed and the additional work/expansion that was required. Within a day he had sent a very professional estimate. Meanwhile other recommended contractors had only considered resurfacing rather than redoing. Although interestingly the costs were comparable. At this stage I did a lot of research and realized that redoing was definitely the way to go for a long-term fix. Jesse convinced me that Joe’s was a very professional organization and included a guarantee. We agreed on a time and when Junior and his crew came I saw that they fully lived up to the professional description. They worked quickly and well, and it was fascinating to watch the large, sophisticated equipment come in and remove the old asphalt, and then compress, build out and lay the new asphalt. I was impressed with how many times they compressed and re-did all the different layers and effort that went into making sure that this was a solid undertaking. When they finished they did a very good cleanup job."

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

"I hired Team Bronco Concrete to install a concrete walkway alongside my home in San Diego, and from the outset, Alfredo was in continual contact, provided excellent customer service, and worked with me to create a beautifully landscaped dog run/side yard at a more than reasonable price. They even were happy to allow my niece and nephew to place their hand prints in the cement to commemorate the final moments of installation. I would definitely work with Alfredo and his team again, and plan to discuss a future project with him for the front yard.
